Key essential oils:

rosalina – it’s a fresh, earthy calming oil similar to Lavender, good for rest and anxiety and is a known antibacterial oil. 

ylang ylang - a powerful floral, useful to relieve anxiety and promote a sense of calm

palmarosa - this essential oil has a bright and cleansing aroma with slightly sweet and floral notes.

rose geranium - calming, soothing and useful for depression and hormonal mood balancing

frankincense - extracted from sacred resin, it has amazing protective, grounding and purifying abilities, as well as reducing stress and anxiety

patchouli - contains a variety of skin benefits and can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, blemishes, and skin imperfections, has a sweet and musky scent

Directions:

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
