Extra Terrestrial | Lotte Schwerdtfeger
Close observation of biological forms inspired this collection of new works. Attempts to replicate biological structures merged into the creation of a fantastical landscape, featuring newly developed glaze surfaces over a variety of clay bodies.
Lotte Schwerdtfeger is a Castlemaine based multidisciplinary artist, making functional and sculptural ceramics, paintings and installations.
Lotte Schwerdtfeger graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts 2011 and exhibits regularly in Sydney and Melbourne.
