bergamot - an incredibly soothing and calming citrus scent often used for relieving depression

ginger - energising and uplifting - enhances concentration

rose geranium - calming, soothing and useful for depression and hormonal mood balancing

Directions:

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
